Enquiries, returns and cancellations
If you email HOT, we use your contact details, message and order information to respond and handle your request, including steps connected with a contract or legal obligations where applicable. Do not send card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Catalogue search terms appear in the page URL; avoid entering personal information there.
Hosting and essential operation
The hosting platform may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and operational logs to deliver and secure the site. Any authentication used to access the Vercel Preview is managed by Vercel.
