£125 per polo in all five colours. Sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. Ready to ship; packaging included at no extra charge. Physical checkout is not yet open on this website.

Estimates are business days after dispatch. International delivery applies to served destinations. Free delivery applies to orders strictly over £100; Special Delivery remains £7.50 in total.
30-day change-of-mind returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, then send it back within 14 days of your request. Our additional money-back guarantee covers unworn, unused items with their original packaging and tags. Refunds cover the item price actually paid. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer.
Request a return or cancellation
Use the email buttons below or Support to request a return or cancellation. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase and the relevant item details (product, colour, size and quantity). No reason is required to cancel an order. HOT will review the request and provide return instructions and the applicable label. No undisclosed label fees or other amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact HOT through Support. HOT pays reasonable return postage where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Your statutory remedies may apply beyond our 30-day guarantee.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights. For eligible distance sales, you can cancel within 14 days of receipt and return within another 14 days. Dispatch may prevent stopping delivery; it does not remove cancellation rights. Statutory cancellation does not require prior approval or waiting for a label. Inspection and trying on as in a shop are permitted; opening packaging or removing tags does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Refunds
For statutory cancellation of the whole order, refunds include standard outbound delivery actually paid, but not the extra cost of an express service. No delivery refund is due where standard delivery was free. Refunds use the original payment method within 14 days of HOT receiving the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. No undisclosed label fees or other amounts will be deducted from your refund.
